My Copywriting Process

1. Project Fit + Questionnaire

I’ll first determine if we’re a good fit for each other for the project you have in mind. Then, we’ll start with a project overview call (or email if preferred) where we go through your goals and see how I can fit into your overall marketing strategy.

Next, I’ll send over a questionnaire which would help me tailor the content based on your business and the audience you’re targeting. I’ll also share my point of view on how you can benefit most from the content produced.

2. Customer Research

I’ll conduct research and analyze customer data/ICPs. This is a core element of assembling copy that speaks to your audience’s inner thoughts and pain points.

3. Establishing USPs

Communicating your USPs is essential for writing landing pages. All words will be put together through the lens of your USPs so that you’re positioned as the solution to a specific problem that your target audience would understand best.

4. Outline Approval

I’ll outline the structure of the content and share this via Google Docs for you to approve. This helps us minimize the amount of revisions required if necessary. Since I have a pretty solid background in SEO, I’ll also share keyword opportunities to take into account (unless this is already included in a content brief).

5. Draft Completion

I’ll complete a full draft within 7-10 working days. Once this is done, I’ll send the document over for you to review. All drafts sent over by me will have been self-edited and optimized for search engines so that the content can be found online.

6. 2x Revisions

I offer 2 rounds of revisions within 14 days of submission.
